Rule's Rules

  1. We invest in the technology you need. We continually expand our inventory and our expertise, making thoughtful equipment selections that benefit our customers, and supporting even the newest technologies with know-how unmatched in the Northeast. We're an authorized Sony reseller, and we offer the latest equipment from many vendors for rental or direct purchase.
  2. Choice is part of the package. When you want a specific piece of equipment, you should be able to obtain it. With the largest rental inventory in New England, we offer the depth, breadth, and guidance you need to make the best possible selection after exploring a range of options. If you're trying to decide between renting and buying, we'll guide you through the process, but never pressure you one way or the other.
  3. Reliability is our concern, not yours. We stand behind every piece of equipment we rent or sell. Our highly trained maintenance staff checks all rental equipment in and out, and maintains it to the highest standards in the industry.
  4. Service is a full-time commitment. In a crisis or on a whim, you can count on us. Our pagers are on 24 hours a day, so you never have to wait for service.
  5. We produce results, not programming. We never want to compete with our clients, so we don't get directly involved in production. Our only focus is on helping media professionals do what they do best.
  6. There's no substitute for experience. We understand both production processes and the equipment they require inside and out.
