The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all in-bound and out-bound shipments and logistics for both the Sales and Rentals Departments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to stock room inventory and management, administrative tasks such as processing and matching incoming and outgoing shipping invoices to sales orders and rental jobs, communicating with internal and external contacts regarding shipment details and confirmation, following the established accounting system and initiating, developing and building relationships with shipping vendors such as FedEx and UPS.
Skills & Experience:
Seeking candidates who are highly self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
