Rule Broadcast Systems, Inc. to Offer Customers Apple, Inc. and Avid Technology, Inc. High Definition System Solutions
Watertown, MA – Rule Broadcast Systems (Rule), one of Boston’s leading professional video and audio equipment sales and service companies, has announced two new partnerships that will allow the company to sell, integrate, and support products manufactured by Apple, Inc. and Avid Technology, Inc. These agreements will allow Rule to provide its customers with an unprecedented level of integrated, high-definition technology and services and offer a one-stop shop for all of their customers’ production and post-production needs.
“These partnerships provide a unique opportunity to add more value and better service for our customers,” said John Rule, founder and president of Rule Broadcast Systems. “Customer service and commitment to excellence have long been a top priority for us.”
The largest sales and rental house in Boston, Rule serves motion picture productions, broadcast media, and commercial video clients. It is now the only company in New England to be designated by Apple as a Broadcast and New Media Integrator and only one of two companies designated by Avid as a Premiere Value-Added Broadcast Reseller. Rule will not only be a reseller of Apple and Avid systems, well known for their professional and high-end hardware and software systems, but it will be qualified to provide guidance and consultation for its customers.
“Building on over a decade of experience in HD, these partnerships allow us to provide even more comprehensive solutions to help our customers craft migration strategies and workflows for the transition to HD,” said Jean René Georges, director of sales for Rule.
Rule anticipates that these partnerships will help them provide its clients with a complete array of high-definition tools and technology. With this sophisticated integration of services, the company has a unique capacity to work with clients to evaluate and educate them based on their needs and offer comprehensive workflow solutions, engineering services, and consulting guidance.
As an early investor in high-definition technology, Rule was well poised to forge the partnerships between Apple and Avid. Anticipating significant future opportunities in high-definition, Rule has long been focused on transitioning the market to this new technology standard.
Founded in1990 by veteran broadcast equipment professional John Rule, Rule Broadcast Systems, Inc. offers sales and rentals of video and audio equipment, as well as 24-hour technical support.
