The ECM 77B is the smallest mic that Sony has available. This Omni directional condenser microphone can be powered either from an external power source, or from a AA battery (included). Also included is a metal wind screen to cut down on popping and protect the mic, and 2 tie bars. ECM 77B has a wide pickup range of 40Hz to 20kHz.
This mic is not provided as standard with our wireless mic kits but can be requested if need be.
The specially designed double tie bar will allow you to put 2 of these mics on your speaker or performer. This luxury can be used for applications like, sending one signal through an effect, having a back-up mic available, etc.
