Ideal for use in the field, this multi-standard test signal generator provides 20 user selectable signals in PAL mode and 16 in NTSC mode.

PAL signals include: 75% Color Bars; 100% Color Bars; 75% Color Bars over Red; 100% Color Bars over Red; Green, Blue, and Red Fields; 100%, 50%, and 0% Flat Fields; Multiburst; 60% Reduced Line Sweep; Bounce; 5 Step (Gray Scale); Modulated 5 Step; Convergence; Pluge; Matrix; Square Wave; and Safe Area.

NTSC signals include: SMPTE Color Bars; 75% Color Bars; Multiburst; NTC7 Composite; NTC7 Combination; FCC Composite; 5 Step (Gray Scale); Red Field; Field Square Wave; 50 IRE Flat Field; 0 IRE; Black Burst; (Sin x)/x;Convergence; Matrix; and Safe Area.

It also produces 13 audio tone frequencies (from 50 Hz to 20 kHz) and an audio sweep is selectable from the Tone Menu. Three tone levels (0, +4, and +8 dBu) are available as well. An audio click sequence can also be selected as an aid in easily identifying and tracing the left and right channels in an installation.
