These removable shuttles fit into the Avid MediaDock Chassis. The advanced technology of Avid's iS Pro series provides data rates capable of achieving dual stream AVR77 (as supported by Avid Media Composer(r) 7.0) by striping two iS Pro drives across two controllers. This previously required striping four drives. In fact, the 7200-rpm iS Pro drives demonstrate performance equivalent to first-generation 10,000-rpm drives.
