The annual Arlington International Film Festival highlights cultural diversity with all members of the global human family. Local artists are especially encouraged to submit entries. Included in their mission is the commitment to nurture the next generation of talented filmmakers with a unique opportunity for local high school students to showcase their talent in film and graphic art.
Recognized for drawing an impressive lineup of premieres and identifying talented filmmakers early in their careers, AIFF is proud to have screened films recognized world-wide, along with official selections of the Cannes Film Festival, Locarno International Film Festival in Italy, Berlin Film Festival, San Sebastian Film Festival, Toronto Film Festival, purchased by HBO and PBS and nominated for Academy Awards.
